I was born in El Paso, Texas and moved to the Atlanta area in 1993 with my husband.  Both of our children attended Promise, with our son now in high school and our daughter here in middle school.

 

I am privileged to be the Promise Christian Academy Administrator and truly love what I do. I am tremendously proud of our students' hard work, achievement and accomplishments, and I look forward to watching them continue to grow and strive for excellence.  I have a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education from Kennesaw State University and a Master of Education degree in Measurement and Evaluation from Western Governor's University. I taught sixth, seventh, fourth and first grades during my career as a classroom teacher, in addition to tutoring many different grade levels and serving as a Weekday Preschool Ministry Program Director. When not working, I enjoy tennis, cooking, reading, being a VBS volunteer, camping, traveling with my family and spending time with friends.  I look forward to another great school year!
